Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, internal database, referrals, and networking
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and telephone screening
- Maintain candidate records and update the CRM/ATS
- Formatting CVs to send to clients
- Assist consultants with interview coordination and candidate management
- Build and maintain talent pools for key roles
- Provide a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Keep up to date with industry trends and candidate availability
Requirements
- Previous experience in a resourcing, recruitment, or administrative role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident using job boards, and recruitment systems
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to learn
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Desirable Skills (Nice to Have)
- Knowledge of Boolean search techniques
- Experience in engineering, manufacturing or logistics industries
