Our client is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic projects across the business, ensuring they align with the company's objectives. Based in Crawley, the role is hybrid 3 days in the office, involves planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget. The role reports to the VP of Group Project Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute detailed project plans, managing resources, timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
- Adhere to project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Use tools like Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project for tracking and reporting.
- Proactively manage risks and lead change initiatives.
- Engage stakeholders and drive collaboration across departments.
- Contribute to process improvement within the PMO.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years' experience in project management, ideally in tech, product development, or supply chain.
- Knowledge of PM frameworks (PMBOK, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma).
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Power BI.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
