Product Management Responsibilities
Assist in defining product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to gather insights and identify trends.
Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with product goals.
Support the creation of product requirement documents.
Gather and prioritise customer feedback for review.
Monitor key product metrics and analyse user data to identify areas for improvement.
Contribute to the continuous improvements for both products and process.
Project Management Responsibilities
Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities for smaller accounts and opportunities.
Assist in tracking project progress, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
Identify potential project risks and proactively suggest solutions.
Support resource management and ensure effective team collaboration.
Maintain project documentation and ensure project standards are followed.
Manage ECR's and NSPR's within the business to ensure they get focus and direction.
Requirements
Some experience (1-2 years) in a product, project, operations, or coordination role (or relevant internships/placements).
Understanding of basic project management principles and tools (e. g., timelines, tasks, risks, using tools like Trello, Asana, or Jira).
Awareness of product development processes and customer-centric thinking.
