We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Product & Application Specialist to join a growing and innovative technology-driven organisation supporting the retail and food production sectors.
This is a pivotal position where you will act as the technical expert within the sales process, bridging the gap between customers, sales teams, and product development. Your insight and expertise will help deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert product and application knowledge to support both customers and internal sales teams
- Analyse customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions to meet operational needs
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions
- Work closely with sales teams to develop customised proposals and quotations
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical or application-related issues
