We are looking for a creative, commercially focused, and proactive Marketing Manager to join a growing business based in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on marketer to take ownership of multi-channel marketing activity, drive brand growth, and support lead generation and revenue objectives. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in delivering impactful campaigns, managing digital channels, and enhancing overall brand presence.

The Role

As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and optimising marketing activity across digital and offline platforms. You will oversee campaign execution, content creation, paid advertising, website performance, and marketing analytics while ensuring consistent brand messaging throughout all communications. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys balancing creativity with commercial objectives, and is confident managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver marketing campaigns aligned with business growth objectives
  • Manage brand consistency across all digital and print communications
  • Coordinate creative content and artwork production across multiple channels
  • Oversee website updates, landing pages, user experience improvements, and conversion optimisation
  • Support lead generation activity through digital marketing and CRM integration
  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns including Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn
  • Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and digital platforms
  • Ensure SEO best practices are implemented across content and website activity
  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify opportunities and improve positioning
  • Manage social media channels, online listings, and reputation management
  • Work with external suppliers and agencies including web, design, SEO, PR, and paid media partners
  • Analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and CRM reporting
  • Use data and insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI

About You

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable marketing professional with strong digital marketing experience and a passion for delivering high-quality campaigns.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 2-5 years’ experience within a marketing role
  • Experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience using CRM systems, Google Analytics, social media platforms, and Canva
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Degree educated in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Right to work in the UK
