We are seeking a dynamic Warehouse Optimisation & Product Manager to drive operational excellence, lead process improvements, and champion innovative warehouse technologies. This role blends operational efficiency with product ownership, ensuring workflows, systems, and teams operate at peak performance to deliver measurable value for customers.
The Opportunity
- Analyse warehouse processes (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control) to identify inefficiencies.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve throughput, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
- Establish and monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, pick rate, fulfilment time, and space utilisation.
- Own the roadmap and optimisation of warehouse management and automation systems (WMS, ERP integrations, dashboards, robotics).
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors to deliver scalable technology solutions.
- Design and maintain analytics dashboards, conduct root-cause analyses, and provide actionable insights.
- Partner with Customer Solutions Teams to translate requirements into tailored operational and technology solutions.
- Lead workshops, training sessions, and mentor staff to embed a culture of continuous improvement.
Your Experience & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proven success in process improvement and warehouse systems management.
- Track record of implementing automation, WMS, or efficiency-driven technologies.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and project management methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or related frameworks (certification preferred).
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to travel globally if required.
