Our client is a growing distribution and logistics business seeking a Head of Global Logistics to lead their international transport operations and overseas warehouse strategy. The successful candidate will shape the company's logistics footprint across multiple territories, with a particular focus on expanding US operations and strengthening third-party logistics partnerships. Develop and execute the international logistics strategy, including import/export operations and 3PL/4PL partnerships across new and existing markets Lead operational teams, establish KPIs, manage budgets, and drive compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements Identify growth opportunities and operational risks, with responsibility for horizon scanning and strategic planning around warehouse and distribution infrastructure Preferred Requirements Proven senior operational experience in FMCG, distribution, leisure, hospitality, or related industries Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes, including 3PL contract management and warehouse operations Strong financial competence with demonstrated ability to manage P&L, budgets, forecasting, and cost control Solid understanding of international trade regulations, export compliance, and customs requirements across multiple regions Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading teams and negotiating with external partners Preferred Qualifications Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline Professional qualification in logistics or supply chain management (APICS, CILT, or equivalent) International operations experience, particularly in US markets or cross-border trade TPBN1_UKTJ
