The Role
As Panel Sales Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Panel Sales Team, ensuring sales and margin targets are consistently achieved. You will play a key role in driving proactive sales activity, strengthening customer relationships, optimising stock profiles, and identifying new commercial opportunities.

- Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach and motivate the Panel Sales Team to achieve individual and team targets

- Analyse sales data to identify trends, risks and growth opportunities

About You
Essential Experience
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Proven track record of managing and developing a sales team
- Strong history of achieving sales and margin targets
