As a Project Manager, you'll play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering a variety of engineering projects. You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

The Role
  • Manage multiple engineering projects from initiation through to completion
  • Plan timelines, coordinate resources, and support project delivery and installations
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from site teams to senior management
  • Attend site visits, support installations, and meet with clients
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure projects remain on track
  • Collaborate with internal teams across engineering, manufacturing, and operations
About You
  • Up to 1 year of experience in a project, engineering, or manufacturing environment
  • Degree (minimum 2:2) in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
  • Basic practical engineering knowledge (through education, placements, or early career experience)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Customer-focused with some client-facing experience
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Commercial awareness alongside technical understanding
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
  • Full UK driving licence (desirable)
