This strategic sales role focuses on developing and growing key OEM accounts, securing new business opportunities, and delivering sustainable revenue growth across UK and international markets. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow revenue within existing strategic OEM accounts
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within targeted OEM customers
- Build and implement structured account plans for key customers
- Use consultative and value based selling techniques to communicate product and service benefits
- Develop strong relationships across customer organisations including Engineering, Project Management, and Commercial teams
- Act as the primary interface between customers and internal business functions
- Identify and progress sales opportunities while developing effective bid strategies
- Manage a structured sales pipeline and ensure effective conversion of opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records including account plans, opportunities, and forecasting
- Gather competitor and market intelligence and provide commercial insight to senior leadership
- Lead and support the creation, negotiation, and closure of commercial agreements
- Prepare high quality bid proposals that clearly communicate value propositions
- Monitor competitor activity and identify risks and growth opportunities within key accounts

Education
- Engineering qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical background
Experience

Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of electronic and engineering based industries
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
