We are seeking a highly organised and proactive
Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Group Managing Director and the Borad, along with some support to two other Ecexutives.
You'll be the trusted right hand to senior stakeholders-managing diaries, coordinating meetings and travel, overseeing internal communications, and supporting with projects and events that shape the business.
Manage complex diaries, meetings, and international travel arrangements.
Support contract administration, supplier management, and office procurement.
Coordinate internal events, external meetings, and cross-functional projects.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, PA, or similar senior administrative role.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Share Point).
Background in event management, internal communications, or project coordination is an advantage.
