SERVICE ENGINEER - AUTOMATIC DOORS Full-time | Field Based We're looking for a Service Engineer to join a growing service team, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, repairs and upgrades to automatic door systems at customer sites. This is a field-based role suited to someone with strong mechanical and/or electrical skills who enjoys fault-finding, working independently and delivering excellent customer service. THE ROLE Your responsibilities will include: * Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs * Diagnosing existing and potential faults using a logical approach * Completing modernisation and system upgrade works * Carrying out door safety checks and investigating incidents * Providing technical support to customers and colleagues * Recommending preventative maintenance, replacement parts and system improvements * Identifying opportunities for upgrades and additional service requirements * Completing all required service documentation accurately * Managing vehicle stock, tools, equipment, uniform and PPE * Following customer site procedures and health
