We are a leading and award-winning independent garage group offering car repair, MOT and specialist motor trade services across 4 locations in Surrey and Sussex. Key responsibilities: Carryout diagnosis and repair of complex mechanical and electrical faults You must have 5 years+ experience of working within the automotive industry, and be able to work on to own initiative and also in a team. Carry our service, diagnostic and repair work, as directed. Inspecting for wear and tear/general faults Completing work to DVSA standards Carry out MOT inspections on vehicles (Desirable) Provide excellent customer service and deliver best practices, synonymous with the luxury manufacturing brand Skills/Experience: IT Literacy Previous experience as a Technician: Minimum 5 years A valid full UK driving license Attention to Detail and Accuracy A relevant formal qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 as a minimum – ideally Level 4 trained) is ideal but not essential Skilled diagnostic and repair vehicle technician. With a proven track record in fault finding. Experienced using serial diagnostic equipment, multimeters and ideally but not essentially use of oscilloscopes for testing.
