Do you have experience in iTrent and are keen to progress in HR systems administration? Perhaps you are an HR Administrator, who has used iTrent, and would be keen to work on an implementation project?

We have a great opportunity for someone to join us on our journey to implement a new HR system at ACS International Schools. They will be joining a great project team composed of HR, Finance and IT to ensure that we implement the system well and meet our business needs. This role is both technical and collaborative with a real opportunity to positively impact business efficiencies.

ACS are a group of international independent schools, with three beautiful campuses in the UK. This role will be based out of our stunning Cobham campus, which does require you to be a driver and have a car to reach it easily. This is a full-time role (though we could consider slightly less) with one day a week working from home. We would need someone on a fixed term bases for 12-18 months to cover the lifespan of the project.

Day to day you will be covering:

  • Project Management: Participating in the implementation of new HR technologies and system upgrades, in particular a new HRIS implementation project
  • System Management: Administering, configuring, and maintaining the HRIS, including user access, security, and upgrades.
  • Data Management: Ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality within the HRIS, including data entry, updates, and audits.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generating reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Technical Support: Providing technical support to the HR team and other users of the HRIS, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes through the use of the HRIS and automation.
  • Training & Documentation: Developing and delivering training on the HRIS to HR staff and other users, as well as creating and maintaining user documentation.
  • General HR Administration: Supporting the HR Operations and wider HR team with general administration as and when required
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with GDPR data privacy regulations

This is a FTC for an initial 12-18 month period, full-time position 35 hours per week based at the Cobham campus.
