The role focuses on safeguarding and compliance checks to ensure records are accurate and compliant, including DBS, references, and right-to-work checks, while supporting HR administration across the employee lifecycle.
You will work with managers, candidates, agencies and colleagues to monitor checks, identify gaps, and support audits.
