The role of the Steel Operative:

  • Working on the back end of processing lines including slitters.
  • Banding up processed steel using manual and air banders.
  • Driving counterbalance forklift trucks to handle steel.

The ideal Steel Operative:

  • Counterbalance forklift experience (essential).
  • Previous experience within a steel processing environment (essential).

Based with an internationally trading steel processing company in the Willenhall / Wednesfield area. Temporary initially with a view to extending.
