The role of Customer Service Advisor:
- Manage customer orders from point of receipt through to delivery
- Liaise with production teams to track progress and manage lead times
- Keep customers updated on order status, resolving any issues proactively
- Work closely with logistics providers to coordinate UK and international shipments
- Prepare and check documentation for dispatch and delivery
- Support purchasing activities and supplier coordination
- Handle customer enquiries and provide a high level of service at all times
- Assist with quotations, pricing and general commercial administration
