The role of Customer Service Advisor:

  • Manage customer orders from point of receipt through to delivery
  • Liaise with production teams to track progress and manage lead times
  • Keep customers updated on order status, resolving any issues proactively
  • Work closely with logistics providers to coordinate UK and international shipments
  • Prepare and check documentation for dispatch and delivery
  • Support purchasing activities and supplier coordination
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide a high level of service at all times
  • Assist with quotations, pricing and general commercial administration
