The role of Quality Inspector:

  • Carrying out in-process and final inspections to ensure products meet customer specifications
  • Identifying, reporting, and documenting defects, non-conformances, and quality concerns
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions
  • Using measuring equipment, gauges and inspection tools to verify product conformity
  • Supporting investigations, corrective actions and continuous improvement activities to reduce defects and improve quality performance
