  • Care for children’s clothing, luxury fabrics and labelled linen sets.
  • Coordinate dry cleaning, making sure items go out and come back on time.
  • Evening Turndown Service
  • Air rooms, set soft lighting and tidy living areas.
  • Prepare bedrooms: beds, pyjamas and throws, drinking water, curtains and blinds, and a final freshness check.
  • Prepare bathrooms: fresh towels, replenished amenities, and spotless surfaces and mirrors.
  • Coordination & Communication
  • Work from checklists and logs, with daily reports on completed tasks, issues and climate readings.
  • Work closely with the rest of the household staff.
  • Strictly observe confidentiality (NDA), privacy and “do not disturb” protocols.
  • Deliveries, Couriers & Returns
