We’re looking for a proactive Quality Inspector to join a collaborative and forward-thinking Quality Management team. About the Role
As a Quality Inspector, you will be a vital member of the Quality Assurance team, supporting and strengthening day-to-day quality operations. You will play a pivotal role in improving products, processes, and systems — with a strong focus on reducing Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) and Defective Parts Per Million (DPPM). This position is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions that deliver measurable improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure inspections and customer concerns are addressed promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Drive reduction of CoPQ and DPPM through effective root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion and closure of non-conformities
- Conduct Goods-In inspections and quality investigations without delay
- Take ownership of quality metrics, trends, and documentation — ensuring accurate reporting and continuous improvement
- Promote a proactive culture of quality across the organisation
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Quality Assurance within manufacturing or engineering
- Strong metrology skills
- Internal Auditor experience or certification (ISO 9001 or equivalent preferred)
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- A positive, “can-do” attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Customer-focused mindset with initiative and attention to detail
