We are looking for an experienced and driven Inventory Manager to lead and optimise warehouse inventory operations within a fast-paced logistics environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse activities including goods-in, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
  • Ensure accurate stock management and on-time order fulfilment.
  • Optimise warehouse layout, storage solutions, and operational workflows.
  • Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through robust stock control processes and cycle counting programmes.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical improvement initiatives.
  • Drive Lean, 5S, and best-practice warehouse standards.
  • Improve productivity, accuracy, and overall warehouse performance.
  • Reduce waste, stock damage, errors, and unnecessary handling.

  • Demonstrated success delivering process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience working with WMS and ERP systems.
