Are you an experienced sales professional with a strong background in plumbing and heating? We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Regional Sales Manager to join a growing team and take ownership of a key territory in the South West.
About the Role
This is a field-based position focused on promoting and selling a high-quality portfolio of domestic heating solutions, including boilers, heat pumps, and water heating systems. You’ll manage existing relationships while actively developing new business opportunities across your region.
Success in this role comes from building trust, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions that drive long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with installers, merchants, and industry stakeholders
- Identify and win new business to grow regional market share
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering expert product guidance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
- Generate leads and convert them into sustainable business opportunities
- Monitor performance through reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Use promotions and commercial strategies effectively to maximise sales
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a regional sales role within plumbing & heating
- Strong understanding of industry routes to market (merchants, installers, etc.)
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Highly organised with strong time management
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Solid knowledge of domestic heating systems (gas/oil boilers preferred)
- Commercial awareness with experience in pricing and sales strategies
- Experience working with local authorities or social housing is a plus
