We’re recruiting an experienced Service Engineer for a full-time, on-site role in the Manchester area, You will be involved focused on gas engine and generator services, including installation, refurbishment, maintenance, servicing and technical support for industrial power-generation equipment.
You’ll diagnose mechanical and technical faults, carry out repairs, liaise with customers and colleagues, and complete service records. You’ll need to work independently and follow the relevant health and safety procedures.
Applicants must have previous hands-on engineering experience, practical mechanical and/or electrical skills, and experience finding and resolving equipment faults. Your experience should include personally carrying out servicing, maintenance or repairs.
Relevant engineering qualifications or apprenticeship experience are preferred.
The package includes a fully expensed company van, 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays and a £300 petrol float each month.
