We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Head of Marketing to lead and evolve a growing marketing function within a well-established international business operating in the scientific and technical manufacturing sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on marketing leader to shape the next phase of marketing development, bringing greater structure, stronger processes and improved alignment across the wider business. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening marketing operations, improving data visibility and helping demonstrate marketing’s contribution to commercial performance.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will take ownership of the marketing function during a period of growth and transformation. You will be responsible for driving improvements across campaign planning, CRM usage, marketing operations, reporting and team development. Working closely with Sales and Product Management, you will help build stronger cross-functional collaboration, improve planning and accountability, and ensure marketing activity supports wider commercial objectives. This role combines strategic leadership with day-to-day operational delivery and would suit someone who enjoys improving how things work while building strong relationships across a business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the marketing function, creating a more structured and scalable operating model
