  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports
  • Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide sales forecasts

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within technology, retail, or food-related industries
  • Strong understanding of the Scottish and Irish commercial markets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self‑motivated, organised, and customer‑focused
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities independently
  • Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally
