Key Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain SmarterDM heating and AC control systems across UK customer sites
  • Conduct site risk assessments and work safely according to company health & safety procedures
  • Complete documentation, reports, and ticketing system updates (Jira) promptly and accurately
  • Provide on-site customer support and product training where required
  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience Team and contribute to system/process improvements
  • Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in safe working condition
  • Mentor new team members and engage in personal development through reviews and training
  • Uphold company values, treat customers fairly, and consistently deliver a high-quality service

Essential Qualifications & Skills

  • NVQ Level 3 (C&G 2357), AM2, and 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)
  • Strong electrical systems knowledge and proven field service/customer support experience
  • Good communication, organisation, and IT literacy
  • Ability to work independently and self-manage tasks
  • Full, clean UK driving licence

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with control/communication systems
  • Mentoring or training experience
  • Escalation handling
