ACS Custom, leaders in hearing protection and custom in-ear monitors, are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Otoscopy, Ear Impression Taker & Office Assistantto join our Tileyard (Kings Cross, London) team.
This role is perfect for someone with a background in audiology or hearing care who alsohas a passion for music and the creative industries.
What you’ll do:
Perform otoscopy and ear impression taking to BSA standards
Assist with hearing checks and micro-suction using the Tympa Health system – (training provided if needed)
Support day-to-day office operations — scheduling, record-keeping, and communication
Help with activations and promotional events across the UK
Provide outstanding customer service to artists, clients, and industry partners
We’re looking for someone who:
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Is organised, adaptable, and detail-focused
Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Holds (or is working towards) BSA accreditation in otoscopy and impression taking
Has a genuine interest in music, DJ’ing, and hearing conservation
At ACS, you’ll be part of a passionate team supporting musicians, DJs, and creatives worldwide. From our state-of-the-art office at Tileyard London, you’ll help protect hearing while enabling the best sound experiences.
Location: Tileyard, Kings Cross, London (with occasional travel to Banbury & national events)
Salary: Competitive + expenses for activations/events
