This role is for a Bid Manager at a leading design practice. The person will be responsible for managing the full bid process – from expressions of interest through to final submissions – across both public and private sector projects.
They\’ll work closely with the Partner for New Business and design teams to help win work in architecture, urban design, planning, and related areas. The role is fast-paced and requires someone highly organised, proactive, and confident working to tight deadlines.

The Bid Manager will lead and coordinate the full bid and tender process-from identifying opportunities through to final submission and outcome. They\’ll manage bid launches, team briefings, and ensure smooth collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Monitoring tender portals and managing submissions via online platforms
- Ensuring clarity on submission requirements and compliance with commercial and quality standards
- Developing win strategies in collaboration with project leads
