We\’re recruiting for a practical, hands-on Workshop & Installation Technician to join a fast-growing leader in bespoke ice bath systems. This is a hybrid role based in the workshop-assembling and modifying premium cold immersion products-and out in the field, installing them in high-end homes, wellness spaces, and athletic facilities.

You\’ll be working with a passionate team crafting high-performance wellness systems from the ground up. It\’s ideal for someone who enjoys variety, has solid practical skills, and wants to grow with a cutting-edge brand making waves in the wellness space.

What You\’ll Be Doing:

  • Assembling and modifying ice bath units in the workshop (plumbing, fittings, drilling, etc.)

  • Basic fabrication and carpentry tasks to prep systems for dispatch

  • Maintaining stock, prepping equipment, and testing systems

  • Travelling to client sites to install systems and represent the brand

  • Problem-solving minor technical issues during installation

  • Keeping the workspace organized and safe

Key Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on skills: confident with tools and fittings

  • Practical background in fabrication, plumbing, or joinery preferred

  • Physically fit and comfortable handling large equipment

  • Willing to learn and adapt to new systems
