We are seeking a Quality Inspector to join our Quality Management team in Willenhall. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in driving continuous improvement, enhancing product and process quality, and contributing to a culture of operational excellence.
The Role
As a Quality Inspector, you will be a vital member of the Quality Assurance team, supporting and enhancing day-to-day quality operations. You will focus on improving performance by reducing Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) and Defective Parts Per Million (DPPM), while ensuring robust quality standards are consistently met. This is a hands-on role where you will investigate root causes, implement corrective actions, and promote proactive quality management across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure inspections and customer concerns are addressed promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Drive reduction in CoPQ and DPPM through effective root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion and closure of non-conformities
- Conduct Goods-In inspections and lead quality investigations without delay
- Take ownership of quality metrics, reporting, trend analysis, and continuous improvement of documentation

- Experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing or engineering environment
