This role leads the full commercial function across EMEA and APAC, driving sales performance, channel development, key account growth and overall commercial strategy. Working closely with the GM and cross-functional teams, the position focuses on revenue growth, market expansion, and strengthening both traditional distributor channels and new complementary routes to market. The role combines long-term strategic planning with hands-on leadership of global sales teams, ensuring strong performance, developing capability across different regions and cultures, and maintaining alignment with product, engineering and marketing functions. Key Responsibilities- Lead sales, commercial strategy, business development and channel management across EMEA & APAC.
- Identify growth opportunities, set long-term commercial goals and negotiate key strategic deals.
- Drive revenue expansion across new and existing accounts through scalable commercial tactics.
- Develop and penetrate key accounts, building long-term customer relationships.
- Lead, mentor and develop global sales teams across diverse cultures and regions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to adapt commercial plans.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering/R&D and Marketing to align sales strategy with wider business objectives.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, budgeting and KPI tracking.
- Champion CRM and data-driven decision-making across the sales organisation.
- Capture customer insights and feed back to innovation and product development teams.
