Team Manager - HVAC 38,000 + Fixed Overtime Rates The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Team Manager to lead and support a field-based team of HVAC and Hygiene Technicians. This is a hands-on operational management role, combining people leadership, field operations, quality assurance, customer service and resource planning. You ll spend regular time out in the field supporting your team, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard. You ll be an important link between field-based teams and operational management, helping to identify and resolve issues quickly, improve first-time completion rates and ensure customers receive an excellent service. This position would suit an experienced Team Leader, Supervisor or Senior Engineer who is ready to take greater responsibility for team performance and operational delivery.
