We\’re looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead a high-performing external or hybrid sales team within a B2B environment. This role is focused on delivering sustainable revenue growth through proactive sales strategies, team development, and strong customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coach a sales team to achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs.
Drive sales proactivity across both new business and existing accounts.
Develop and execute market-led sales strategies aligned with business goals.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and ride-alongs to support team development.
Analyse sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Work cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service.Key Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in a Sales Manager or similar team leadership role within B2B.
Strong people management and coaching capabilities.
Highly motivated and organised, with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
