The Role
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and growing sales across a diverse product range throughout the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities to maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Build and expand relationships with existing customers to maximise repeat business
- Increase market coverage and grow the active customer base
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a coordinated and effective sales approach
- Develop and implement regional sales plans, targeting key accounts and smaller customers
- Conduct prospecting activities via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Follow up on marketing campaigns and inbound leads
- Plan and manage customer visits and sales trips effectively
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in B2B technical sales with strong commercial awareness
- Technical background or aptitude
- Ability to adopt both consultative and transactional sales approaches
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays
- Full UK driving licence required
