Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Development: Inspire and manage a regional service team, fostering a high-performance culture, team wellbeing, and job satisfaction. Business Growth: Drive the growth of the service business in the region through the development and execution of strategic goals. Customer Service Excellence: Ensure customer service agreements are exceeded through proactive resource allocation and service delivery. Safety Focus: Uphold and champion strong health and safety standards across all operations. Sales Enablement: Use data to identify sales opportunities, develop strategy, and convert leads into business, particularly in service-related offerings. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers, staying attuned to their needs and market trends. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across functions to ensure aligned execution and continuous improvement. Requirements & Qualifications: Degree-level education or equivalent experience; formal sales qualification (e.g., ISMM) preferred or in progress. Strong safety awareness and commitment to workplace security. Proven telesales experience and ability to develop and execute sales strategies based on data analysis.
