Our client, a global leader in vehicle safety systems, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to join their team. Based at their Dartford site, this role will support the delivery of new product development and other key business projects. You\’ll work within a dynamic environment, driving project success through planning, coordination, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Manage and support projects through the full lifecycle, particularly in New Product Introduction (NPI). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and quality standards. Assist in developing and maintaining project KPIs and reporting dashboards. Monitor progress, identify risks, and manage changes to scope, schedule, and cost. Communicate effectively across all levels of the business and external stakeholders. Represent the company professionally at events such as exhibitions and workshops.About You: 1-2 years of experience as a Project Manager within an engineering, electronics, or automotive environment. Solid understanding of project delivery and life cycle management. Confident managing or supporting multi-disciplinary teams. Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management tools. Flexible and willing to travel when needed.Qualifications: HNC, BTEC, City & Guilds in electronics (Degree desirable). GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English.
