Key Responsibilities:
- Lead production-related activities for New Product Introductions (NPI).
- Support and maintain existing product lines and production documentation.
- Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor and report production KPIs to stakeholders.
- Design and maintain engineering documentation including BoMs and work instructions.
- Ensure a safe working environment in compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- Oversee the setup, installation, and commissioning of new production equipment.
- Provide operator training for safe and effective equipment use.
- Drive continuous improvement using LEAN manufacturing principles.
- Troubleshoot production line issues and liaise with internal/external teams.
- Manage manufacturing drawing preparation, routing flows, and consumables.
Requirements & Skills:
- HNC or equivalent in a relevant engineering field.
- Strong ability to interpret and produce engineering drawings.
