Operations Manager - Engineering Sector

Key Responsibilities\\n\\nLead daily operations, production planning, and resource management to achieve productivity and performance goals.\\n\\nDevelop and implement strategies for cost control, process optimization, and on-time delivery.\\n\\nDrive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.\\n\\nEnsure compliance with health and safety, legal, and quality standards (QHSE, ISO, etc.).\\n\\nCollaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet customer expectations and business targets.\\n\\nManage 3 direct reports and lead talent development, cross-training, and succession planning.\\n\\nAnalyse data to support business decisions on pricing, customer demands, and operational enhancements.\\n\\nOversee reporting, budgeting, and operational KPIs.\\n\\nRepresent the company professionally and support organizational culture and engagement initiatives.\\n\\nCandidate Requirements\\n\\nMinimum 8-10 years of operations leadership experience, ideally in MRO, aerospace, or complex manufacturing environments.\\n\\nProven background in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement (CI), and low-volume/high-mix operations.\\n\\nStrong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\\n\\nAbility to manage multiple projects and work under pressure to meet deadlines.\\n\\nExperience with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools (Oracle, Excel, PowerPoint).\\n\\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline (Master's/MBA preferred)
