Key Responsibilities- Lead supplier quality activities including evaluation, audits, selection support and performance monitoring.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions using root cause analysis and continuous improvement tools.
- Analyse supplier quality data, identify trends and mitigate quality risks.
- Support New Product Introductions to ensure supplier readiness and compliance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve supplier-related quality issues.
- Maintain compliance with quality standards and internal systems (e.g. ISO).
- Prepare supplier quality performance reports for stakeholders and leadership.
- Mentor others and promote best practices considered best practice within supplier quality.
- 5+ years' experience in supplier quality or manufacturing quality engineering.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, tools and methodologies (e.g. root cause analysis, audits).
- Experience supporting NPI and working with suppliers on corrective actions.
- Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
- Engineering degree and quality certifications (e.g. CQE, Six Sigma) are advantageous.
