We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager with a strong background in plumbing and heating sales. This is a field-based role focused on promoting and selling a range of domestic heating systems including boilers, heat pumps, and water heaters.

You will manage existing customer relationships and develop new business opportunities with plumbing merchants and installers within your region. You will be responsible for driving sales growth and building long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with installers, merchants, and industry stakeholders.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities to grow market presence.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
  • Act as the main link between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Resolve customer issues and maintain strong long-term relationships.

Requirements
