We are looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy warehouse environment, ensuring excellent customer service, operational efficiency, and high safety standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a large warehouse team, including training, development, and performance management
  • Ensure the warehouse operates efficiently to deliver a high level of customer service
  • Promote and maintain a strong health and safety culture, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Work closely with Health & Safety teams to identify and implement operational improvements
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse equipment and site infrastructure, including forklifts, racking, shutters, utilities, and other capital equipment
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules, repairs, and compliance checks across the site
  • Manage workloads effectively to support smooth daily operations

About You

  • Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar leadership role within a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Strong people management and team leadership skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to work
  • Good understanding of warehouse operations, health & safety, and equipment maintenance
  • Ability to work collaboratively while also managing your own responsibilities independently
