We are looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy warehouse environment, ensuring excellent customer service, operational efficiency, and high safety standards. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a large warehouse team, including training, development, and performance management
- Ensure the warehouse operates efficiently to deliver a high level of customer service
- Promote and maintain a strong health and safety culture, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Work closely with Health & Safety teams to identify and implement operational improvements
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse equipment and site infrastructure, including forklifts, racking, shutters, utilities, and other capital equipment
- Coordinate maintenance schedules, repairs, and compliance checks across the site
- Manage workloads effectively to support smooth daily operations
About You
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar leadership role within a warehouse or logistics environment
- Strong people management and team leadership skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to work
- Good understanding of warehouse operations, health & safety, and equipment maintenance
- Ability to work collaboratively while also managing your own responsibilities independently
