The Inventory & Stock Manager is responsible for leading and developing the warehouse team, managing stock logistics, and ensuring production materials are available when needed. The role also includes strategic planning of warehouse resources, improving operations, and maintaining high safety and organisational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the warehouse team across production and storage sites.
  • Plan and manage inventory to align with production needs.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, including stock receipts, shipments, and pre-assembly component handling.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular checks and controls.
