About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Regional Estimator to join a growing and ambitious manufacturing business. This is a development role offering a clear pathway to progression into a Regional Estimator position. You will support the sales and commercial teams in delivering accurate, timely, and competitive quotations, helping to drive business growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations for low to medium complexity enquiries within defined guidelines
- Review incoming enquiries and identify any gaps, risks, or missing information
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure accurate and deliverable quotes
- Follow up on quotations in line with internal processes
- Support the commercial ownership of quotes, ensuring competitiveness and accuracy
- Assist with the smooth handover of orders to internal teams
- Work collaboratively with sales, production, and operations teams
- Maintain accurate records within CRM systems
- Adapt flexibly to support wider sales and business needs
About You
This role is ideal for someone early in their estimating or internal sales career who is keen to develop their skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will have:
- Previous experience in estimating, internal sales, or a similar commercial role (ideally within manufacturing or construction)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good attention to detail and organisational ability
- Confidence working with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
