Head of Enforcement Location: Croydon, UK (Hybrid/Flexible Remote Working) About the Role We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Head of Enforcement to lead and develop our enforcement function within a growing, technology-driven parking and mobility organisation. This is a senior operational leadership role responsible for overseeing enforcement performance, appeals, compliance, debt recovery and legal escalation activities. You ll play a key part in ensuring that enforcement processes are fair, efficient, compliant and commercially effective, while driving continuous improvement across the function. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you ll use data and operational insight to enhance performance, strengthen compliance and deliver excellent outcomes for clients and customers alike. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and develop the Appeals and Compliance team, providing clear direction, support and ongoing development. Monitor workloads, team capacity and resource requirements, making recommendations to ensure operational efficiency. Audit team performance against internal standards, quality measures and compliance requirements. Ensure enforcement processes remain compliant with current legislation, industry regulations and accredited body standards, implementing updates where required.
