Responsibilities:
Perform on-site repairs, commissioning, servicing, and calibration of inline inspection equipment.
Conduct upgrades and refurbishments at customer sites.
Handle customer queries professionally and courteously.
Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations at all times.
Complete all necessary documentation accurately and on time.
Participate in the on-call standby rota as required.
Requirements:
Based close to the M11 towards Cambridge
Strong technical commercial electrical/electronic skills.
Minimum BTEC level of NNC Electrical Engineering Qualification
Experience in a field service role (commissioning, repairs, servicing, and customer support).
Basic PLC programming knowledge and familiarity with PC hardware (advantageous).
Full UK driving licence.
