The Opportunity We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Group Managing Director and the Board, along with some support to two other Executives. This is a varied and fast-paced role, requiring exceptional multitasking, communication, and organisational skills. You\’ll be the trusted right hand to senior stakeholders-managing diaries, coordinating meetings and travel, overseeing internal communications, and supporting with projects and events that shape the business. Key Responsibilities Manage complex diaries, meetings, and international travel arrangements. Act as a professional point of contact for senior stakeholders, clients, and partners. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Oversee internal communications platforms, including intranet updates. Support contract administration, supplier management, and office procurement. Coordinate internal events, external meetings, and cross-functional projects. Collaborate with HR, IT, and Marketing to deliver company-wide initiatives.What We\’re Looking For Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, PA, or similar senior administrative role. Exceptional communication and relationship management skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint). Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience supporting senior leadership and handling confidential information. Background in event management, internal communications, or project coordination is an advantage
