As a key member of the European Business Development team, you will:

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities (Fortune 2000 focus).
  • Develop and grow assigned named end-user accounts within your region.
  • Spend approximately 60% of your time visiting customers across the territory.
  • Drive opportunities from initial engagement through to close, achieving agreed targets.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans.
  • Introduce the latest access control products and solutions to customers and prospects.
  • Deliver training to consultants and specifiers when required.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and emerging trends.
  • Represent the business at trade shows, customer events, and industry associations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver complete, customer-centric solutions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and activity logs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at every stage.

Experience & Education

  • Experience selling Physical Access Control solutions is a strong advantage.
  • Background in solution selling, particularly SaaS or cloud-based licensing models, is desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with wider teams.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and interpreting technical specifications and standards.
