You do not need any previous experience; we are looking for the right person to join our team now so that we can train you our way and develop a long-term fruitful relationship together. We are a local permanent recruitment company with over 500 blue chip customers across the UK.
Job Responsibilities:
- As Customer Delivery Team Leader, you will be responsible for finding the best possible candidates for our customers.
- Work out exactly what our customers need based on their industry, a job specification, and discussions with the people doing the hiring.
- Deal directly with our customers and their potential employees, creating and refining searches based on the information and feedback you receive.
- Provide the best possible service to our customers.
Initially, you will have other team members, but this will grow over time. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity if you are committed to your work, enjoy problem solving, and are good with people. We are 100% office-based, working between 8-5:30 Monday - Thursday and finishing at 4:30 on Fridays.
