This is a high-impact role, ideal for someone confident navigating complex technical environments and safeguarding commercial interests across R&D, Sales, Procurement, and Senior Leadership. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor on contracts, IP, and risk, helping the company maintain its competitive edge in the international market. Key Responsibilities: Lead the drafting, review, negotiation, and execution of a wide range of contracts (sales, R&D, consortia, government tenders). Act as a commercial advisor to senior management and the board. Oversee Intellectual Property (IP) matters – including applications and infringement claims.
