This is a high-impact role, ideal for someone confident navigating complex technical environments and safeguarding commercial interests across R&D, Sales, Procurement, and Senior Leadership. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor on contracts, IP, and risk, helping the company maintain its competitive edge in the international market. Key Responsibilities: Lead the drafting, review, negotiation, and execution of a wide range of contracts (sales, R&D, consortia, government tenders). Act as a commercial advisor to senior management and the board. Oversee Intellectual Property (IP) matters – including applications and infringement claims. Support policy development and ensure compliance with best commercial practices. Assist with due diligence, dispute resolution, and major transactions. Skills & Experience: Minimum 3 years in contract management, ideally in a technical manufacturing or production environment. Strong knowledge of contract law, risk analysis, and negotiation strategies. Degree qualified in Law, Business, or related field. Confident communicating at all levels, including with legal and IP advisors. Experience with ERP systems (Epicor or similar) preferred.
