The successful Business Development Manager will manage our growing presence in the North of England. We’re looking for a driven individual to boost company profitability and help achieve our expansion goals. Manage and drive sales of new equipment in the Northern Region, particularly focusing on building entrances & secure automation solutions. Engage directly with a mix of end users, contractors, and façade consultants, developing meaningful relationships that lead to successful long-term partnerships. Provide accurate sales forecasts and develop growth plans to increase quality project-related enquiries. Conduct site surveys, develop solution specifications, and work closely with estimators to offer tailored solutions to our clients. Represent company at industry events, fostering relationships, and acting as an ambassador for our brand. To be successful in this role of Business Development Manager we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of: Demonstrated experience in business development and sales ideally within a construction environment. Confident and experienced in conducting site visits. Ability to communicate technical information precisely to both internal teams and external clients. Comfortable with speaking and delivering to large groups. Confident in using CRM systems and proficient with MS Office. Motivated by hitting targets, with a proactive and consultative sales approach.
